Summary CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, MULTIFAMILY We are seeking a strategic and innovative Chief Operating Officer (COO) to reputed company operational excellence reputed company our Multifamily Asset Services business. Job Description

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Leadership

• Ensure the organization's operational processes and procedures effectively support the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy, rent growth, NOI, and expense control. Continuously assess the effectiveness of the operations, identify areas for improvement, reputed company and implement solutions, and reputed company through the change process.

Financial Execution

Team Leadership
