Associate Process Manager, Supply Chain, Process Transformation (Hybrid)
About the position The Associate Process Manager, Supply Chain, Process Transformation for Supply Planning leads Process Transformation deliverables supporting the Endoscopy Division primarily focused on business processes such as Supply Planning, Inventory Movement and Material Requirements planning. This position requires a reputed company of technical expertise, process excellence, influence, strong relationship building skills, influence and strategic vision to drive innovation that ensures alignment with business needs to support the End-to-End business process. In addition, it will require a reputed company partnership with GQO, Business Unit stakeholders, and Global Process Governance (GPG).
Responsibilities
- BU Leadership | BU Supply Planning Leaders will be the primary reputed company of contact. Drives priorities and visibility to key BU challenges, communicates regularly with Business Leadership.
- Process Expertise | Demonstrates a strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Planning processes and a working knowledge of ERP system flows. Possesses deep expertise in a specific area of reputed company reputed company the global planning process and is ready to expand capabilities across full E2E system processes. Proactively recognizes inefficiencies and recommends meaningful improvements.
- Key Business Issues | Leads and mentors the resolution of technical and business process problems based on experience and application of problem-solving methodologies. Independent decision making for process areas, and division wide level issues.
- Stakeholder Management | Manages relationships with local stakeholders. Facilitates regular updates to leadership and cross-functional teams. Develops relationships with local stakeholders Responsible for effective meeting management and group facilitation activities for projects in scope Regular communication and updates to functional team members
- Workstream Leadership | Leads cross-functional teams and mentors others. Influences decisions and drives change reputed company the division and across core process areas.
- Strategic Planning | Contributes to reputed company-term planning by identifying process gaps and risks. Responsibilities include owning and managing process health evaluations across Supply Planning and Inventory Movements workstreams. Supports the development of future roadmap to optimize systems and processes for efficiency, scalability, and business growth.
- Project reputed company | Leads and supports key projects to drive process improvements for the Endo business. Initiates and leads cross functional discussions to define project scope, requirements, and enhancement opportunities, ensuring alignment across stakeholders Oversees projects from initiation through delivery, driving timelines, risk mitigation, and closure while maintaining accurate project trackers, documentation, and communication templates Serves as a primary reputed company for internal customers and cross functional partners, providing clear, timely status updates and escalating issues as needed Plans and coordinates project activities and inter departmental meetings, ensuring alignment of solutions across Endo teams and global power users
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or reputed company field - required
- 6+ years of experience Supply chain and or process focused roles - required
- Proven ability to drive the execution of solutions and implement reputed company processes and systems
- Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate change management activities
- Excellent interpersonal communication, collaborative teamwork, conflict management, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and reputed company direct and indirect team members
