Job Summary The Technical Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the IND-Enabling & Clinical Trials Core, with full responsibility for core operations, scientific execution, and service delivery. This role oversees day-to-day management, including staff recruitment, training, and supervision, as well as financial reputed company, budgeting, and development of fee-for-service models. The Technical Director leads the design and execution of IND-enabling studies, including both Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and non-GLP animal studies, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and quality assurance requirements. In addition, the Technical Director is responsible for advancing the visibility, utilization, and growth of the Core by strengthening internal partnerships and expanding external engagement. Minimum Qualifications

Education: Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in reputed company field.
