The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for the execution and deployment of marketing events and field programs across Europe. This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, Europe and is part of the Global Marketing Team working remotely to cover Europe. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• reputed company end to end planning and delivery of reputed company events, congresses, workshops, and customer engagement programs, managing reputed company logistics, vendors, compliance, and onsite execution.
• Drive high quality reputed company reputed company and follow up workflows, owning pre-event promotion, onsite engagement, and post event reporting to maximize ROI and pipeline impact.
• Provide structured field insights, voice of customer and competitive intelligence, while tracking performance metrics to continuously optimize events and campaign effectiveness across the region.
• Partner with sales to drive pipeline, accelerate deals and support growth room initiatives through events.
• Liaise with the wider Global Marketing team to ensure standard work is applied and regional and global teams are reputed company,

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Marketing, Communications or a reputed company field
• Direct reputed company experience in field marketing or event management in Europe
• Strong project co-ordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organizational and vendor co-ordination abilities; comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Willingness and ability to travel for events, customer programs and onsite support across the region

Travel

• Ability to travel frequently across Europe (up to 50%) includes occasional international travel.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Exposure to scientific and research-driven audiences with the ability to tailor messaging appropriately
• Experience with marketing automation/CRM tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Marketo).
