Job Description

As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Inputting manual orders into our system with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Focusing on data entry tasks, with the opportunity to cross-train in multiple areas
• Following multiple processes and technical steps throughout a structured process
• Collaborating with reputed company to ensure seamless order entry and administration functions
• Meeting measurable standards in a dynamic production environment

Essential Qualifications

To be a good fit for this role, you will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• High mechanical aptitude
• 1+ years of reputed company work experience in high volume data entry, order taking, admin clerk, or multiple and repetitive transaction encoding or info taking
• Background in a manufacturing or fast-paced, high volume, mass production environment
• Experience in an optical lab setting is preferred but not required
• The ability to meet measurable standards in a dynamic production environment
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Excellent organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a clean room environment

• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Familiarity with optical lab settings

Work Environment

As a Data Entry Associate, you will work in a clean room environment, which may be wet and/or dirty, and may have a strong smell. You should be willing and able to work in this environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
