Job Description
As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Working independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and reputed company
- Assessing customer storage needs and making suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
- Conducting daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
- Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
- Helping customers stay reputed company with payments and making reminder and collection calls reputed company required
- Maintaining a clean and organized facility, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal
Physical Requirements
* Ability to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Ability to reputed company cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal
Qualifications
* Experience in customer service-centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between work locations and/or conducting other work-reputed company business (mileage reimbursement available)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift, move, and transport items weighing up to 35 pounds
