Position Type: Independent Contractor

Location: 100% Remote: Must be physically located in the Philippines

Rate: $7USD - $8USD / hour

Estimated weekly hours: 5-10

    1. E-mail reduced. Sorted daily. Responded to from own email address or company owner’s email address when the correspondence in the domain of the assistant. Forwarded to Fertility Bridge team member in charge of the issue referenced in the email if it does not concern company owner.
    2. Calendar owned. Double bookings eliminated, meetings scheduled.Breaks and transitioned looked after. Making sure the people that company owner really wants to meet with are scheduled sooner. People that company owner doesn’t want to meet with are canceled or rebooked.
    3. Travel booked. With enough time, where company owner is comfortable and hasn’t overspent.
    4. Personal and company items purchased on appropriate credit card upon request
    5. Miscellaneous non recurring assignments that are
    6. Completes all critical tasks before 9am EST so that owner has everything to start his day
    7. Has regular availability 9am EST - 12pm EST

What we think we have for you to achieve your outcome(s)

    • Access to Fertility Bridge GSuite
    • A Last Pass account for company owner and then other user accounts 8. User access to company owner’s email account
    • User access and visibility to company owner’s calendar
    • E-mail sorting procedure in Google doc
    • Travel booking procedure in Google doc
    • Personal and business credit card and accounts like Amazon in LastPass
    • Company owner’s cell phone number and ability to book extra meetings with him
    • A recurring 30 minute weekly meeting with company owner

What we don’t have (YET!) for you to achieve your outcome(s):

    • No director of Technology who administers all highest level password access
    • No IT support
    • No plan or organization chart for future or current tech stack
    • No black and white criteria for people who I really want to meet with and those I don’t
    • Pre-established travel budget by trip category. Budget is as low as possible within guidelines of travel booking process (in Google doc)
    • LastPass sucks
    • Important, miscellaneous assignments sometimes come with very short notice 22. Often don’t have time to further specify outcome, assistant must make judgment call

    1. Must Get, Want, and have the Capacity to achieve the outcomes aligned with the role
    2. Must be a plus or a plus/minus on each of the five core values of Fertility Bridge
    3. Leader specifies and judges the result of the outcome.
    4. Must be on brand with Fertility Bridge and Inside Reproductive Health brand guidelines
    5. Employee or contractor must specify exactly what is required to achieve outcome
    6. Must be accountable in Asana
    7. Must create Fertility Bridge assets in Fertility Bridge drives using Fertility Bridge account
