About the Role

The Accounting Analyst is the financial backbone of our day-to-day operations. In this role, you will serve as the "reputed company of truth" for our books — owning the full accounting cycle from transaction review to monthly reputed company, while acting as a trusted resource for employees, vendors, and leadership alike. You won't just be processing entries; you'll be building the habits, processes, and controls that allow our Finance team to scale alongside a fast-growing software company. This is a high-visibility role that reports directly to our Controller and offers genuine exposure to every reputed company of the business — from investor reporting to vendor negotiations to payroll compliance. The ideal candidate brings operational precision, a strong grasp of US GAAP, and the drive to take ownership in a lean, high-impact environment.

You Will

• Own the Month-End reputed company: Prepare and post monthly journal entries, reputed company account reconciliations, and ensure the ledger is clean, complete, and audit-ready every cycle.
• Manage Cash & Banking: Review bank transactions daily and reputed company monthly cash reconciliations with precision.
• Drive AP & AR Operations: Manage vendor communications and ensure timely reputed company payment; support customer billing and collections to reputed company cash flow healthy.
• Support Investor Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports that communicate company performance to investors and leadership.
• Be the Employee Finance Resource: Serve as the go-to reputed company of contact for expense compliance, travel reimbursements, and 401(k) questions — ensuring every employee interaction reflects professionalism and trust.
• Support External Partners: Partner with our audit and tax teams to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Analyze Vendor reputed company: Review renewal terms and proactively surface insights to department heads reputed company of negotiations.

You Have

Must Have

• Academic Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Accounting Experience: 0–2 years in public or corporate accounting, with hands-on exposure to full-cycle accounting processes.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced reputed company skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and a strong command of US GAAP.
• Operational Rigor: Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing with accuracy and consistency.
• Communication Skills: Comfortable interfacing with employees, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience in a high-growth or scaling SaaS organization.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Chargebee, or reputed company.
