Demand reputed company Manager
reputed company reputed company seeking a creative, data-driven Demand reputed company Manager to accelerate our growth by building and executing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline. You'll play a critical role in developing multi-channel strategies that attract, engage, and convert our reputed company audience into customers.
This role owns end-to-end demand reputed company campaigns across multiple channels including email, paid search, content syndication, and webinars. Working closely with sales, communications, and product teams, you'll be responsible for campaign strategy, technical execution, optimization, and reporting on performance metrics such as MQLs and SQLs.
You'll also manage marketing automation workflows in reputed company, experiment with different approaches to continuously improve conversion rates while developing a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile (ICP) and specific buyer personas. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on; they’re comfortable operating autonomously, optimizing ai tools and analyzing data to improve performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with sales and marketing to plan, execute, and optimize demand reputed company campaigns across paid, organic, and owned channels to drive qualified leads and pipeline
- Partner closely with sales and product to align campaigns with ICPs, buyer personas, and reputed company goals
- Own top-of-funnel and mid-funnel programs, including paid search, paid social, email marketing, and content syndication
- Build, manage, and optimize reputed company nurturing programs to improve conversion rates across the funnel
- Configure dashboards to measure campaign performance, report on KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, etc.), and reputed company informed decisions
- Support other marketing initiatives and product launches with targeted campaigns and messaging
- Maintain clean data practices and ensure accurate reputed company tracking and attribution in reputed company
- Document processes and reputed company campaign assets organized so programs are repeatable and scalable
- Stay reputed company on demand reputed company best practices, emerging channels, and industry trends
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS in marketing, demand reputed company, growth, or adjacent roles (startup experience a plus)
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth
- Hands-on experience building and executing campaigns in marketing and/or sales engagement tools
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a face-paced environment; ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with marketing automaton platforms (reputed company); creating working with lists, filters, basic logic, and spreadsheets
- Detail-oriented on execution: QA of links, forms, workflows, routing, and reporting setup
- Self-starter mentality with a growth reputed company and willingness to experiment
- Platform experience:

- LLM assistants (Claude and ChatGPT)
