Job Description

reputed company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Business Applications to own the architecture and optimization of our enterprise software ecosystem. This role is designed for a big picture architect who doesn't just manage a small team, but actively dives into the weeds of design, configuration, and project management. You will be the primary architect ensuring that our department-level systems work together as a cohesive reputed company to power our business.

We need a leader who can navigate the high-level roadmap of how data and process flow across the organization, while simultaneously being the person who can roll up their sleeves to build a reputed company flow or troubleshoot an API integration. Responsibilities

DevOps and Release Management

• Design and govern the DevOps lifecycle for business applications, ensuring a standardized process for moving configuration from sandbox to production
• Prioritize the development backlog by balancing urgent changes with long-term strategic projects, ensuring resources are allocated to the highest-impact tasks
• Drive scalability by building repeatable deployment patterns, ensuring that as the company grows, our systems and release cadences can handle increased complexity without breaking

Strategy & Project Management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in Business Applications or Enterprise Systems management
