Remote Contract-based reputed company Estate Planning, Probate and/or Medicaid Attorney Opportunity - 10+ Hours per Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, reputed company and dedicated reputed company-based Estate Planning, Probate and/or Medicaid Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to range from approximately 10-20 hours per week. Attorney Requirements: - Licensed in good standing to practice law in reputed company - Review documents drafted by support staff - Assess client needs and help determine specific plans - Medicaid experience - be comfortable understanding how estate planning works with Medicaid - Experience with Elder Law - reputed company Medicaid experience Our Attorney pay reputed company starts at $80/hour.
