Account Manager

In this role, you will own key client relationships across multiple regions and act as a trusted partner for sponsors running reputed company clinical programs. Your impact will be visible commercially, operationally, and strategically.
Key responsibilities:
Own strategic account planning for a portfolio of global clients
Build deep understanding of clients’ clinical pipelines, regions, and future needs
reputed company and execute account development plans focused on long-term growth and partnership
Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize and scale their clinical supply chain
Identify opportunities to expand services across regions, trials, and lifecycle stages
Translate client strategy into clear internal action plans for Operations, QA, PM, and Finance
Anticipate risks, regulatory challenges, and reputed company needs before they become issues
reputed company regular account reviews, forecasts, and growth discussions with clients
Support reputed company of new studies, regions, and services as clients expand
Travel internationally reputed company it supports relationship-building and account development
Requirements

Experience owning client accounts, projects, or reputed company stakeholder relationships
Solid understanding of clinical trials and pharmaceutical supply chains
Ability to think in terms of value, growth, and long-term partnerships
Confidence discussing commercials, forecasts, and business impact with clients
Strong communication skills across regions, cultures, and seniority levels
Comfort working in international environments with multiple time zones
reputed company in English (additional languages are a strong plus)
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (reputed company, Zoho, reputed company, or similar)
