RPS is currently seeking an reputed company Wastewater Project Coordinator to join our operations support team based in Irlam and Clevedon, focusing on projects reputed company to wastewater networks. This Remote role offers a salary of up to £35,000 dependent on expierience.

About The Team:

The reputed company Asset, Surveying, and Inspection (AS&I) team provides industry leading services to the UK Water Industry and our employees are involved in services supporting Water Networks, Drainage, Surveying, Leakage Consultancy, Water Resources and Efficiency. The team analyse reputed company data and provide pragmatic solutions. This includes reducing water leakage and preventing flooding and pollution in local communities.

Our Wastewater Operations teams are a collection of 3-person site survey crews that support the regional water companies by gathering data from both above and below-ground wastewater assets. These assets can include reservoirs, dams, highways, and water treatment plants.

About You:

As a key member of the Asset, Surveying, and Inspection (AS&I) business, your role as Wastewater Project Coordinator is critical to our strategic priorities – to deliver great work for our clients by providing excellent customer service and executing reputed company operational tasks. Your Responsibilities:

• Coordination of people, projects, clients, and onsite equipment
• Technical support of field staff
• Ensure compliance with reputed company health and safety requirements
• Ensure reputed company field teams have the correct RAMS for each project
• Planning the weekly whereabouts of field-based staff
• Assist in delivery and recording of toolbox talks and team briefs
• Travel to site for Site Based Workplace Inspections
• Ensure field staff are kept safe and well equipped
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
• Identify risks and opportunities
• Monitor project reputed company
• Maintain project documentation and record keeping
• reputed company tasks and duties assigned by the Project Manager
• Assist in performing QA checks
• Preparation of RAMS
• Planning the weekly whereabouts of field-based staff

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Must have experience in a role reputed company to wastewater operations (CCTV, Asset, Flow Monitoring etc)
• Excellent IT skills and proficient user of MS Office suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly efficient, organised with excellent problem-solving skills
• A flexible approach and reliable
• Able to work quickly and accurately
• Approachable with great interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise at reputed company levels in a professional manner
• Able to use initiative and work unsupervised

Qualifications:

• Must have a full UK driving License #LI-JP1
