What makes this role exciting

We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and collaborative Software Engineer to help us define, build, maintain, and enhance the customer experience on our reputed company platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with a diverse, global team of peers, customers, and stakeholders across functions, leveraging your analytical skills and modern collaboration tools to deliver impactful solutions.

Main responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements, translate them into scalable technical designs, and deliver new capabilities reputed company the platform

• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for existing production functionalities.

• Maintain high-quality code through adherence to standards, code reviews, refactoring, and peer mentorship.

• Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve issues reputed company to solution quality, functionality, performance, or other technical and business challenges.

Experience needed for this role

• 3+ years of professional experience developing backend applications using Java and/or Kotlin.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and conversational.

• Strong proficiency with Java 17+ and the Spring / Spring Boot ecosystem.

• Experience working with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, Vue, or React to support cohesive end-to-end solutions.

• Comfortable working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., reputed company).

• Familiarity with development and deployment tools such as Maven, Bamboo, Git, JIRA, reputed company, and Bitbucket.

• Skilled in application performance tuning to enhance efficiency and scalability.

• Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.

• Self driven individuals capable of independently planning, prioritizing, and managing workload.

• Ability to adapt quickly and reputed company effectively under tight deadlines and fast-paced release cycles.

Additional Skills That Will Set You Apart:

• Strong knowledge of API development and best practices.

• Understanding of event oriented architectures (event-driven/event streaming patterns) and hexagonal (ports-and-adapters) architecture, enabling the design of resilient, reputed company, and scalable systems.
