Location: REMOTE

Pay: $125,600 to $188,400 / year depending on experience and qualifications

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

We are seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented Manager of Network Operations that is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support of the organization's network infrastructure. This role ensures network reliability, performance, and reputed company while leading a team of network engineers and support staff. The Manager of Network Operations works closely with other departments reputed company reputed company, external vendors, and service providers to determine necessary technology advances/updates, coordinate and schedule customer impacting events and educate employees on the use of newly introduced software and hardware.

The Must-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field (Master’s preferred) and / or 5+ years of experience in network operations or infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of the configuration and optimization of network equipment including firewalls, routers, switches, gateways, servers, telephones and other reputed company equipment.
• Strong understanding of the fundamentals in networking and data communications.
• Will require becoming proficient in reputed company software and applications.
• Experience with wireless site surveys, coverage analysis, and signal optimization.
• Proficiency with network monitoring and management tools for both wired and wireless environments (e.g., reputed company, NetFlow, Wireshark, Ekahau).
• Knowledge of cloud networking in AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

• Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise and review the work of assigned staff performing a variety of work activities reputed company the systems and network administration sections of the reputed company IT Department.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic technology implementation planning for reputed company.
• Consult with management regarding systems and service delivery needs.
• Participate in the configuration and/or development of new and existing services and/or, applications as required.
• Coordinate and evaluate reputed company operations and activities; recommend and implement improvements and modifications; prepare various reports on operations and activities for management.
• Participate in the selection of staff; provide, recommend or coordinate staff training; work with employees to correct deficiencies; assist in implementing procedures.
• Provide expert consultation to assist staff in completion of work and associated activities as needed; monitor activities and reputed company; coordinate completion of scheduled activities and projects; and assist team in achieving customer service and quality standards reputed company assigned functional area.
