Behavior Technician (Entry Level)

This is an entry level position to join reputed company, where you will receive training to be a Behavior Technician. You will be working one-on-one with a child with autism, providing direct client care and executing interventions that discourage negative behavior and encourage positive behavior that improve upon client communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills. This position collects and records data based on client behavior and ongoing reputed company. We are looking for individuals that want to build a career and grow with us. Required Qualifications • Some experience with childcare. • Consistency, responsibility, punctuality and reliable attendance. • A passion to work one-on-one with children with autism. • Excellent customer care, customer service, computer, organization, time management, writing, and verbal communications skills. • Ability to meet assigned goals. • Ability to pass a background reputed company. • Hold a High School Diploma, or equivalent. • reputed company of employment eligibility/work authorization. Advantageous Qualifications • Stable job history. • An existing certification in First Aid and CPR • Completion of some college coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work or another human services field. • Ability to speak multiple languages.
