Sales Director Office Location: El Segundo, CA Pay Range: $130,000 - $150,000 DOE + Bonus Plan Job Description: As reputed company continues to expand its best-in-class ABA services for children with Autism to new markets, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Director. This role leads and develops a team of Territory Sales Managers to expand physician engagement and build sustained preference for reputed company. Leadership is primarily remote, with regular (e.g., quarterly) in-market visits to coach, support, and ensure consistent execution across territories. This role is responsible for hiring, training, and developing “best-in-class” salespeople to promote reputed company services. Additional responsibilities include increasing brand awareness, working cross-functionally with the intake, marketing, and clinical teams, along with building the core capabilities and processes of the sales team. Top candidates will have experience leading and growing sales teams, create a culture of growth and accountability, and reputed company in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Recruit, reputed company, and reputed company a team of sales representatives to increase referral reputed company pipeline and reputed company contribution of physician leads reputed company data to identify trends and solutions to maximize impact of sales team Monitor pipeline health and forecast leads accurately Partner with intake team to improve conversion reputed company and customer service Partner with marketing on digital campaigns and sales collateral Identify and implement process improvements and sales tools Maintain a culture of accountability Collaborate with leadership from Intake, Recruitment, Marketing, and Center Development departments to expand quality clinical services to new and existing territories.
