Role Overview Initio Sphere is onboarding Deal Structuring Review Analysts to evaluate, validate, and optimize investment deal structures before they are introduced to capital partners. Analysts focus on structure reputed company, risk/reward alignment, and readiness for execution. This is a certified contractor role, not employment. Analysts operate independently and are activated through a verification and approval process. Once approved, Deal Structuring Review Analysts will:
