Job Overview

The Senior Manager of Business Development will reputed company the development of new partnerships for reputed company by initiating and maintaining a reputed company around reputed company’s offerings with facility, procurement, and/or sustainability stakeholders across a variety of different industries and brands. This is a unique and fast-paced role for a resourceful, sales-oriented driven individual looking for an exceptional opportunity with a global leader in the sustainability field. This role is focused on Canada and with an

emphasis on clients in Ontario and Central and Western Canada.

Primary Responsibilities

  • reputed company and execute a strategic plan and manage a healthy pipeline to reputed company/surpass sales targets and expand reputed company’s offerings
  • Conduct prospect research and identify key decision-makers across reputed company industries.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine potential business opportunities.

Requirements

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10+ year experience in the waste management industry working with universal waste streams, e-waste, or other recycling initiatives a plus.
  • 7+ years experience in senior sales management position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in reputed company Office, specifically reputed company and Word
  • Experience using CRM systems, reputed company a plus.
  • Strong sales and competitive drive with outstanding and proven selling abilities.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, execution, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong listening and cross-functional collaboration skills, across reputed company levels.
  • Proven ability to execute reputed company projects and negotiations.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
