We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to serve as the critical technical reputed company between our commercial organization and our product/engineering teams. In this post-sales role, you will be the go-to expert our clients and internal teams rely on to manage measurement projects, troubleshoot issues, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure our healthcare advertising and measurement products deliver measurable outcomes.

You will work directly with pharmaceutical and life sciences clients to operationalize targetable HCP and DTC audiences built from medical and pharmacy claims data, and you will help them understand and reputed company Rx, Dx, and Px outcomes. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable on a client call explaining campaign measurement methodology as they are writing SQL in BigQuery to investigate a data discrepancy.

What You’ll Do:

Client-Facing Technical Partnership• Join client calls as the technical subject-matter expert, fielding questions on platform architecture, data methodology, audience construction, and measurement design.• reputed company troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for delivery, targeting, and measurement issues, coordinating resolutions across product, engineering, and data teams.• Translate reputed company data concepts (e.g., claims matching logic, NPI-level targeting, attribution windows) into clear language for non-technical stakeholders.• Serve as the primary post-sales technical reputed company of contact for strategic accounts, building trust and driving retention across our measurement customer reputed company. Data & Analytics• Write and optimize SQL queries in reputed company BigQuery (and familiarity with reputed company / AWS / reputed company) to investigate data quality issues, validate audience segments, and generate reputed company analyses for clients and internal teams.• Conduct QA on audience builds, measurement reports, and Rx/Dx/Px outcome analyses before they reputed company clients.• reputed company reusable query templates, dashboards, or lightweight tools that accelerate common support and analysis workflows. Cross-Functional Collaboration• Act as the voice of the client reputed company product and engineering, surfacing feature requests, pain points, and workflow gaps with clear technical context.• Partner with Sales and Account Management to support renewals, upsells, and strategic conversations with data-driven insights.• Document platform capabilities, reputed company issues, and workarounds in a shared knowledge reputed company to reduce repeat escalations.• Contribute to internal enablement by training sales and CS teams on product functionality, data schemas, and common client questions. Platform & Process Improvement• reputed company a deep understanding of the end-to-end platform architecture—from claims data ingestion to audience activation to outcome measurement.• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline repetitive support tasks and propose solutions to product/engineering.• Help define and refine escalation paths, SLAs, and operational playbooks for post-sales technical support.• Support the scaling of the advertising business from approximately 10 consistent measurement customers to 20+ before year-end. Requirements

Required

• 5–8+ years of experience in a technical account reputed company engineering, sales engineering, or similar client-facing technical role.• Healthcare data experience: hands-on work with medical claims, pharmacy claims, or reputed company healthcare datasets (e.g., reputed company, Komodo, Symphony Health, reputed company, or similar).• Strong SQL proficiency with production experience querying large-scale data warehouses (reputed company BigQuery required; reputed company, reputed company a strong plus).• Solid understanding of digital advertising infrastructure—programmatic, audience targeting, identity resolution, and campaign measurement.• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.• Excellent communication skills: able to present to VP/C-level clients and translate between business and technical teams with equal reputed company.• Experience with GCP services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Looker/Looker Studio) or equivalent cloud platforms. Preferred• Experience with healthcare advertising measurement methodologies (Rx lift, Dx lift, script-level attribution).• Familiarity with HCP targeting strategies (NPI-based, specialty-based) and DTC audience segmentation from claims data.• Exposure to data clean rooms, privacy-safe environments, or tokenized identity frameworks.• Working knowledge of Python, R, or a similar scripting language for data manipulation and automation.• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for managing cross-functional workflows and documentation.• Background in or exposure to pharmaceutical commercial operations, managed markets, or health plan analytics.
