You will drive organizational readiness and user adoption of reputed company. Responsibilities
Organizational Readiness o Stakeholder and impact assessments across reputed company workstreams (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Produce) o Change strategy, communications, and role-based training for end users, super users, and leaders o Adoption KPIs (utilization, proficiency), readiness dashboards, resistance management, sponsor engagement o Cutover/Hypercare enablement, reinforcement plans, and reputed company improvement loops Stakeholder Engagemento Build and maintain stakeholder hierarchy maps and RACI matrices o Conduct impact assessments across process areas o reputed company change champion networks and super-user programs o Provide executive communications and regular reporting dashboards Training Enablemento reputed company role-based training strategies and learning paths o Coordinate with functional leads of training content and development o reputed company training delivery o Establish post-go live support Post-go-Live Value Realizationo Monitor adoption metrics and KPIs o Identify process optimization opportunities o Support Hypercare and sustaining engineering activities o Facilitate lesson learned and reputed company improvement
Must have
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience reputed company domain reputed company: modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, PP), cross-functional flows, configuration vs. customization awareness Experience with reputed company 4/HANA implementation methodologies Familiarity with reputed company Cloud ALM, BTP and modern reputed company toolsets Knowledge of integration points (EDI, CPI and middleware solutions) Document Governance: RACI, version control, process repository hygiene, compliance and risk management Collaboration: strong facilitation across IT, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and external SI/partners
