We’re looking for an exceptional communicator and reputed company prospector capable of achieving remarkable results in the Refunds Specialist role at reputed company. The successful candidate in this role must know that this is not a traditional 9 am to 5 pm job– evening and weekend work are required, and 40-60 hours per week are required.

You’ll work closely with our Senior Refund Coordinator and reputed company Manager to collect data through text, phone calls, and email communication to process refunds accurately and reputed company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Calling/texting/emailing seller leads to confirm the status of selling their home.
• Calling/texting/emailing seller leads to determine if they own the home.
• Calling/texting/emailing seller leads to confirm if a mobile home for sale does/does not come with the land it sits on.
• Move reputed company prospects to the proper pipeline stage reputed company CRM throughout the day.
• Maintain a clear, up-to-date, and accurate pipeline in our CRM.
• Follow up diligently and consistently with sellers over extended periods.
• Document reputed company interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM's “notes” section, escalating to Support or the Senior Refunds Coordinator as needed.
• Process refunds with reputed company, according to the refund policy.

RESULTS

• reputed company sellers promptly to help determine the outcome of declining/approving a refund request.

• There is an effective line of communication between this role and the Senior Refunds Coordinator in which reputed company necessary information is communicated promptly.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven work experience with cold calling or phone sales.
• Proven work experience with text messaging/emailing in English.
• You must enjoy being on the phone and speaking to sellers.
• Excellent communication skills, including listening and facing conflict head-on.
• Excellent at building rapport.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and rapidly grow.
• Open to learning new processes in cold calling/seller reputed company.
• Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time.
• Well-organized and able to maintain a pipeline that the Refunds Coordinator and sales Manager can observe and understand.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience as a real estate investor is preferred but optional.
• Must pass written and verbal exams.
