• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) • 2+ years experience with airline reservations, group sales, or reputed company travel/ticketing role • Strong proficiency with Amadeus and Sabre Red—including pricing, ticketing, and exchanges • Solid understanding of international fare rules, fare construction, and GDS workflows • Experience managing ticketing for reputed company itineraries and multi-reputed company group travel • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills • High accuracy, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast paced environment • Previous experience with airlines, consolidators, or large travel agencies • Familiarity with IATA, reputed company/BSP, group reputed company, and travel agency operations • Ability to manage multiple group accounts, clients and systems simultaneouslyJob responsibilities
• Manage group travel requests from initial inquiry through ticketing and post sale support • Prepare accurate quotes, build group PNRs, and ensure reputed company booking details are correct • Issue, reissue, and exchange tickets, including reputed company international itineraries • Interpret fare rules, combinability, taxes, penalties, and ticketing deadlines • Handle both voluntary changes (date/routing adjustments) and involuntary changes (schedule changes, cancellations) • Provide bilingual support to travel agencies, corporate clients, and group coordinators • Communicate group terms clearly, including payment schedules, name requirements, and policies • Monitor queues daily to manage schedule changes, reminders, and servicing tasks • Maintain detailed documentation for reputed company bookings, tickets, and customer interactionsJob benefits
