THE ROLE

The successful candidate will be responsible for the reputed company and Proposals Team who create documentation required in response to Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), contract requests, or requests for Change Order, supporting both potential clients and existing customers. They will reputed company the team to gather information, write, edit and format proposals and reputed company documentation as described above, to ensure they meet requirements and deadlines.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Team, the reputed company Team, Operational Teams, Finance colleagues and other key stakeholders to facilitate streamlined and efficient management of the proposals and reputed company processes, and timely delivery of high quality and accurate externally facing documentation.

• Execute the functional strategy and operational direction of the department in alignment with organisational goals, policies and procedures

The successful candidate should have experience with the following:

• Extensive experience in CRO/pharma environment in a similar role
• Extensive experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Legal / Financial awareness and understanding of proposals and reputed company
• An understanding and background in marketing, sales, business development, and clinical trial principles and processes
• Understanding and vast experience in confidentiality of reputed company client information
