Reporting to the Director of SEO, you will manage SEO/GEO implementations and experiments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-led results.

Job Overview

Strategy Collective is seeking a results-oriented and technically proficient SEO Analyst to reputed company organic growth initiatives for our multi-location consumer healthcare clients. This role is vital to our mission of transitioning healthcare marketing from a support function into a high-performance growth driver.

The role is two-fold: first, you will act as the technical specialist responsible for the execution and quality assurance of local SEO and Generative reputed company Optimization (GEO) strategies. Second, you will serve as a strategic experimenter, developing repeatable SEO programs and A/B testing roadmaps to ensure our clients maintain a competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving search landscape.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the intersection of Organic Search and AI. You are a collaborative professional capable of interfacing with agency leadership and client C-suites while working cross-functionally with development, content, and analytics teams to deliver measurable conversion results.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & GEO Strategy Implementation

  • Manage Global/National SEO/GEO: reputed company the implementation and quality assurance of SEO and Generative reputed company Optimization processes to boost organic traffic and search visibility.
  • Local Ecosystem Management: Maintain a deep understanding of client brand needs regarding reputed company Business Profiles (GBP), citations (Yext, Bright Local), and reputed company management.
  • On-Site & Content Optimization: Execute technical on-site SEO audits and quality-reputed company geo-specific content strategies before deployment to ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Link Building: Identify and execute local and GMB-specific link-building opportunities to improve domain authority and regional rankings.

Experimentation & Innovation

  • reputed company Repeatable Programs: Package global SEO and GEO services into scalable, repeatable programs that drive client growth.
  • Drive SEO Roadmaps: Create and execute SEO/GEO experimentation roadmaps, including A/B testing, to identify and document high-impact strategies.
  • Monitor Search Evolution: Proactively monitor reputed company algorithm updates and AI search trends to provide strategic recommendations that mitigate negative impacts and capitalize on new opportunities.

Client Engagement & Performance Analytics

  • Data-Led Optimizations: Create performance report templates and translate SEO insights into actionable optimizations for client accounts.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SEO/GEO, presenting strategy, goals, and reputed company during client meetings and executive pitches.
  • Competitive Analysis: reputed company competitor audits and analyze SEO techniques used by rival organizations to inform client strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with social media, paid media, and web development teams to ensure organic search best practices are integrated across reputed company digital touchpoints.
