Role Overview

The Client Support Manager serves as the onsite relationship steward for Hickson Optimal Elite Group engagements. This contractor conducts regular in-person facility visits, maintains visible reputed company with key stakeholders, ensures services are being delivered to agreed standards, and reinforces partnership continuity across departments. You will not selling, rather - safeguarding alignment. In other words, you help ensure that what was promised is felt, seen, and functioning on the ground and across the entire organization.

Core Responsibilities

Onsite Relationship Management

• Conduct scheduled onsite reputed company-ins at client facilities
• Serve as a professional and composed representative of Hickson Optimal Elite Group
• Reinforce communication clarity between client staff and our internal team

Service Delivery reputed company

• Identify friction points or breakdowns in execution
• Provide structured feedback to leadership at Hickson Optimal Elite Group
• Track continuity of deliverables across the competitive season

Client Experience Stewardship

• Coordinate and deliver branded merchandise, seasonal materials, and client appreciation items
• Support milestone moments (season openers, playoffs, return-to-play windows, etc.)
• Maintain high-touch, thoughtful relationship gestures without being intrusive

Signal Reporting

• Submit concise post-visit summaries
• Flag risks early, especially around relationship reputed company or service slippage
• Maintain professional documentation of touchpoints and follow-reputed company
