Senior Director, IT Transformation (Remote)

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on IT Transformation Leader to drive the end-to-end digital and technology modernization of our office products distribution business. The ideal candidate brings proven experience leading large-scale IT/digital transformations in wholesale distribution, logistics, supply chain, or B2B retail/wholesale environments — with a strong emphasis on ERP modernization, e-commerce enablement, data-driven operations, and cloud migration.

Primary Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:

• 10+ years in a leadership role, with 5+ years leading enterprise-wide digital/IT transformations in distribution, wholesale, logistics, supply chain, or B2B retail industries (office products, industrial supplies, foodservice distribution, or similar highly preferred).
• Proven track record delivering reputed company programs: ERP implementations (reputed company S/4, reputed company, reputed company Dynamics 365), cloud migration (AWS/Azure/reputed company), e-commerce platforms, WMS/TMS upgrades, and data/analytics modernization.
• Strong understanding of B2B distribution challenges: multi-channel order management, inventory optimization, last-mile delivery, pricing complexity, customer segmentation (SMB, education, enterprise), and supply chain reputed company.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or reputed company field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
