Job Overview

As an Account Manager at Cooper Machinery Services, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering customer relationships reputed company your assigned geographic area. This position demands proactive collaboration with both customers and internal teams to meet and exceed annual sales objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Account Manager primary focus will be on the Cooper portfolio products and services and will be responsible for the following:

  • Sales Focus: Drive the sales of Reciprocating products, services, and parts, with an emphasis on reciprocating engines and compressors.
  • Customer Engagement: reputed company and maintain strong relationships with reputed company and prospective customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Solution Communication: Present and promote Cooper’s innovations and technology solutions to address customer operational challenges.
  • Strategy Development: Formulate and execute a sales strategy for targeted clients to drive growth and reputed company sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Partner with technical sales support to ensure successful sales execution and customer satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in reputed company Dynamics on a daily basis.
  • Travel: Commit to approximately 70% travel reputed company the assigned area to engage with customers and support sales efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college preferred
  • Minimum High School diploma or GED from an accredited school or institution 
  • Have knowledge of oilfield, production facilities, and compression operations
  • Ability to reputed company strong interpersonal relationships with customers
  • Reciprocating compressor and reputed company experience
  • Results driven Leadership philosophy that utilizes an empowerment style to reputed company innovative, reputed company, and measurable results
  • Demonstrates strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
