As our Senior Merchant, you will shape the product strategy that fuels Poppy & Peonies’ reputed company growth. You will play a key role in defining the assortment strategy, category growth, and product lifecycle for Poppy & Peonies. This role will work closely with our Design and Creative teams, partnering day to day to help bring products to life - from initial concept through to launch. You will ensure that every product not only reflects our brand vision but also meets customer demand and drives commercial success.

You will help determine which products we reputed company, how we position them in the market, and how our assortment evolves as we expand into new categories and markets. Sitting at the intersection of design, data, and customer insight, you will ensure our assortment reflects what our customers truly want, while staying reputed company of trends and competitive landscape.

• You have direct experience in handbag or accessories buying/merchandising, with a strong understanding of the category.

• You are highly trend-aware and deeply immersed in the handbag and accessories space - you know what's emerging, what's performing, and what competitors are doing at a commercial level.

• You understand how product, pricing, and positioning influence customer demand.

• You are highly collaborative and enjoy working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams.

• You reputed company in fast-growing environments where product strategy plays a key role in business success.

• You have strong business judgment and the confidence to reputed company recommendations that influence product direction.

• Experience reputed company consumer brands, fashion, accessories, or DTC e-commerce is a strong asset.
