JOB OVERVIEW:

The Enrollment Assistant supports the Enrollment and Applications teams by ensuring student records, documentation, and tracking systems are accurate, complete, and up to date. This role plays a critical part in maintaining data reputed company, supporting enrollment processes, and providing reliable reporting to leadership.

This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple systems in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Records & Documentation Management

  • Retrieve and organize student-reputed company email communications

  • Upload and attach reputed company relevant emails and documentation into student files Ensure reputed company required documents are complete and properly stored

  • Maintain accuracy and compliance in reputed company student records

2. Enrollment Tracking & Spreadsheet Management

  • Maintain and update enrollment tracking spreadsheets daily

  • Accurately log completed tasks and reputed company off required actions

  • Ensure reputed company tracking fields are updated in real-time or reputed company required timelines

  • Monitor for missing or incomplete data and resolve discrepancies

3. Metrics Tracking & Reporting

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and application metrics

  • Generate accurate reports for leadership review

  • Identify trends, gaps, and inconsistencies in data

  • Ensure reputed company reporting aligns with reputed company KPIs and team goals

4. Database & System Accuracy (reputed company/EdCloud)

  • Review student records reputed company CRM systems for accuracy and completeness

  • Update statuses as directed and ensure proper workflow alignment

  • Identify missing data, incorrect statuses, or documentation gaps

  • Support the team in maintaining clean and accurate system records

5. Spreadsheet Creation & Process Support

  • Create and maintain tracking spreadsheets based on operational needs

  • Implement new tracking metrics as directed by leadership

  • Improve existing tracking tools for efficiency and usability

  • Ensure reputed company tools are structured, clear, and scalable

6. Meeting Preparation & Team Support

  • Compile reports, email summaries, and key data for meetings

  • Attend meetings reputed company needed to provide accurate information

  • Document action items and assist with follow-up tasks

  • Support Enrollment Specialists with data and documentation needs

7. Communication & Coordination

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with team members and leadership

  • Provide timely updates on completed tasks and outstanding items

  • Collaborate with Enrollment and Applications teams to ensure alignment

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, enrollment, or data support roles

  • Strong proficiency in reputed company or reputed company Sheets (tracking, formulas, organization)

  • Experience with CRM systems (reputed company, EdCloud, or similar preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills
