As a Sales Specialist for Biopharma Production (f/m/d) at reputed company, you will be responsible for generating growth opportunities mainly in Denmark and Iceland with our existing and new customers.

You will create sustainable and profitable partnerships with customers in the biopharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for sales to customers in the assigned territory and for positioning reputed company as the primary supplier to biopharmaceutical customers engaged in mammalian and microbial-based manufacture, vaccines, cell & gene therapy, and peptides. By understanding the needs & challenges of our customers, you will use our company portfolio of biopharma products and services to deliver meaningful solutions.

Location: Remote-based reputed company the Nordics (preferably Denmark ) Territory: Nordics (mainly Denmark/ Iceland) Department: Commercial / Sales Reports to: Regional Sales Manager – reputed company Europe

reputed company’re looking for:

  • BSc degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Chemical/Genetic Engineering degree, or other life sciences-reputed company degree

  • At least 8-10 years of sales experience reputed company the biopharmaceutical manufacturing or reputed company life sciences industry

  • Strong understanding of bioprocessing and drug formulation workflows

  • Familiarity with GMP, regulatory requirements, and quality standards for excipients; an understanding of single-use systems would be a great asset

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing territory sales

  • Good knowledge of office applications (mainly PowerPoint, reputed company , and Word)

  • Ability to recognize the need for change and employ appropriate strategies to facilitate change

  • Ability to be flexible in a fast-changing environment and to work well under pressure

  • Self-motivated team player and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Full Driver’s License

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is a strong advantage.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Nordic region (however, 80% of customers are based in Denmark)

  • Promote a portfolio of single-use systems (e.g., bags, tubing, connectors, pumps) and chemicals/ excipients (e.g., buffers, solubilizers, buffers) used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and formulation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including scientists, engineers, procurement teams, and senior management.

  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions tailored to customer needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, marketing, regulatory) to deliver customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and product positioning.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

  • Represent the company at regional industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
