JOB SUMMARY The reputed company Customer Operations Team’s charter is to drive operational efficiency and strategy to support the Global Customer Care, reputed company, and Learning Services groups reputed company the reputed company Customer Team organization. As a Learning Services Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the ongoing strategic operations of the Learning Services offerings, including support resource planning, report creation and analysis, assisting in management of KPI's and metrics, and management of Learning Services Operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the design, delivery, and operational excellence of reputed company’s academic and enterprise learning programs. This role leads day - to- day activities reputed company the Learning Services Operations team, ensuring smooth execution of learning workflows, high - quality learner support, and efficient administration of reputed company’s learning platforms and tools.

ABOUT THE JOB

Team & Operational Leadership • reputed company and support a small team responsible for learner support, program logistics, reporting, and platform administration. • Ensure day - to- day workflows are executed accurately, on time, and to established service - level standards. • Drive operational efficiency by refining processes, documentation, and team practices. • Support coordination between Learning Services and centralized reputed company operations as functions transition.

Learning Platform Administration • reputed company routine administration of learning systems such as reputed company, LearnUpon, Questionmark, and ORC. • Monitor platform performance, user experience, and data reputed company; escalate issues and collaborate on solutions. • Maintain dashboards and reporting to support learner tracking, partner activity, and operational insights. Academic Learning Partner (ALP) Support • reputed company the team responsible for day - to- day operational contact for reputed company Learning Partners, ensuring timely support, smooth coordination, and high levels of partner engagement. • Assist with gathering partner metrics, tracking utilization, and compiling performance insights. • Support documentation and logistics for partner onboarding, compliance, and administrative needs.

Data, Reporting & reputed company Improvement • Maintain and update KPIs, dashboards, and regular operational reports. • Contribute to internal reviews, audits, and program optimization initiatives.  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, learning operations, customer education, customer support, or reputed company fields. • Experience managing or coordinating learning systems (LMS/LXP, testing platforms, content tools). • Strong operational and organizational skills, with experience improving workflows or supporting team processes. • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. • Bachelor’s degree in education, business, communications, or a reputed company field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience in manager, team reputed company, project reputed company, or mentorship reputed company. • Working knowledge of learning platform tools such as LearnUpon, Questionmark, reputed company 360, or similar • Strong Organizational skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and plan tasks to effectively deliver assignments and requests in a timely manner. • Comfort working with analytics dashboards and reporting tools.
