Job Overview

  • Position: Contact Center Representative - Work From Home
  • Location: Remote (must reside and work in the state of Texas)
  • Start Date: Immediate openings available
  • Compensation: Competitive salary
  • Schedule: Evening and weekend shifts only (multiple shifts available)

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in inbound and outbound calls with consumers looking to compare insurance rates, asking qualifying questions to match them with the best insurance agent for their needs.
  • Complete follow-up calls to inquire about the consumer's experience and ensure their needs were met.
  • Remain in frequent communication with leadership and team members through daily chat updates.
  • Utilize our internally developed platform to take calls, read scripts, and record information about consumer experiences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, defusing escalated situations and remaining courteous and patient.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Superior verbal communication skills, with the ability to take charge of conversations and convey enthusiasm and energy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
  • Competent computer skills, with experience using software applications and navigating multiple screens.
