We are looking for a Learning Designer who designs and develops engaging, accessible, and scalable learning solutions. Applies learning science, UX principles, and storytelling techniques to create high-quality experiences. Your Responsibilities on the Team

• Build digital, virtual, and blended learning assets from approved training outlines.

• Translate business strategies and learner insights into inclusive training outlines and design blueprints reputed company to measurable outcomes.

• Use AI responsibly to ideate, outline, draft, transform, design and reputed company quality content.

• Conduct learner testing, analyze feedback and data, and iterate designs for reputed company improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years in instructional design, learning experience design, or reputed company field.

• Proficiency in authoring tools, media development, and collaboration platforms, including functional use of AI-assisted workflows.

• Strong writing and visual communication skills; ability to facilitate review sessions effectively with stakeholders.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, reputed company) and learning evaluation models.

• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as reputed company Storyline, reputed company, reputed company Captivate.
