Summary of Job Duties:

The psychologist duties include providing individual, couple, and group counseling; emergency mental health services; mental health consultation with the University community; reputed company presentations and activities; clinical supervision of Health Service Psychology interns in an APA-accredited internship program, practicum reputed company in multiple disciplines, and reputed company applicable, psychology postdoctoral clinicians seeking licensure; clinical disposition activities; staff meetings; coordination of specific areas (e.g., group, reputed company, training, embedded, eating disorders, assessment clinic); clinical documentation; psychological assessment services as part of CAPS assessment clinic initiatives; obtain and maintain licensure as a psychologist in the state of Arkansas; and other duties as assigned by CAPS leadership. The position has routine shift hours, infrequent overtime, or shift rotation. This position holds significant responsibility as a “remote essential” role. In challenging situations such as inclement weather or emergencies, reputed company the Pat Walker Health Center or reputed company needs to reputed company, CAPS psychologists will be on standby to serve the reputed company community through telehealth if deemed clinically appropriate. The decision to continue with telehealth sessions will depend on clinical appropriateness, client preference, and availability of resources. Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Psychologist I: entry reputed company of $75,092 commensurate with education and experience

• Doctoral degree from an accredited institution of higher education in clinical or counseling psychology 

• Eligible to obtain relevant provisional licensure in the state of Arkansas reputed company 60 days of the start date with the expectation of pursuing independent licensure in a timely manner 

Psychologist II: entry reputed company of $86,355 commensurate with education and experience  

• Doctoral degree from an accredited institution of higher education in clinical or counseling psychology 

• State of Arkansas license for independent practice as a psychologist 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience supervising psychology interns, practicum reputed company, or postdoctoral clinicians 

• At least three years of postgraduate experience providing  mental health treatment and psychological assessment to young adult and adult populations 

• Demonstrated experience working reputed company brief models of care
