The HRPP Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the operational excellence and strategic growth of the human subjects research reputed company reputed company at the reputed company. This role is designed with a phased leadership trajectory: · Phase 1 (Operational Foundation): The Manager will initially serve as the primary operational reputed company for the office. The Manager will spearhead the development of reputed company HRPP SOPs and policies to drive AAHRPP accreditation readiness. This includes designing workflows, creating compliance infrastructure, and leading a comprehensive education campaign for the research community. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field
At least five (5) years of progressive experience in IRB administration or human subjects protection compliance
Expert knowledge of federal regulations (45 CFR 46, 21 CFR 50, 56) and their application
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree or higher
Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or Certified IRB Manager (CIM) credential
At least two (2) years of experience in a reputed company role with demonstrated success in process design, comprehensive SOP and policy development, staff training, and mentorship
Direct experience with AAHRPP accreditation preparation or maintenance
Experience building an HRPP from the ground up, including policy and template creation
Experience with electronic IRB submission systems (e.g., Streamlyne)
Experience in an academic research environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
