You will educate patients and their family members and ensures the safety of the patient. reputed company for completing accurate documentation and remaining compliant with reputed company legal rules and regulations.MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:Plan of Care: Provide skilled occupational therapy as ordered by the attending physician. Observe, record, and report patient reactions, changes, and reputed company to attending physician and any appropriate agency staff. reputed company an individualized OT plan of care and reputed company adjustments as needs change.Evaluation: Evaluate the patient’s level of functioning by applying diagnostic and prognostic procedures.Patient Outcomes: Use activities and home exercise programs to improve range of motion, muscle strength, and coordination through passive/active exercise and/or activity.Minimize Patient Risk: Helps decrease re-hospitalizations by teaching the patient on preventative measures and making good decisions.Family Educator/reputed company: Counsel patient and family on the disease/injury and how to manage in reputed company phases of occupational therapy.
