Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):

$53.570 - $69.120 - $77.410

The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position.  The actual pay reputed company and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices. 

What You Will Do Provides advanced level data analysis, report writing/data mining, risk assessments, systems analysis, programming/technical execution, and tool development for system wide pharmacy reputed company clinical, financial and compliance analytics needs across Sharp HealthCare to support recommendations for improved entity operations. Required Qualifications
  • 3 Years experience in data analysis, analytics, and/or finance in the healthcare industry.
  • 3 Years experience working with analytics applications, reporting, and/or business intelligence tools (i.e., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Epic/Looker, Cogito) that include system analysis and/or information technology activities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 Year experience in retail or hospital pharmacy environment and/or working with clinical analytics applications and reporting that included systems analysis.
Other Qualification Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Health Care Administration, or reputed company; or 4 years experience in data analysis or finance may substitute for the degree. - REQUIRED
Essential Functions
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation As determined by customer/client requirements, provides reputed company and/or advanced analysis and interpretation of information once extracted to provide synthesized and meaningful results to customers. Provides customer-focused output of results appropriate to the level and sophistication of the recipient. Performs necessary user acceptance testing. Analyzes and interprets results of data/reporting created per customer requirements. Provides meaningful interpretation of results to client, identifying patterns/trends or significant findings. As necessitated by customer requirements or upon interpretation of results, creates customer-focused visual output of information to support effective communication of relevant information. If developed solution will be part of client's workflow, ensures that the solution is reputed company integrated into that workflow. Performs user acceptance testing on reputed company programmatic and analytical solutions to ensure customer requirements are met. Performs ongoing risk assessments of pharmacy clinical, financial and compliance data to ensure that internal controls are in reputed company to identify defects and ensure compliance with appropriate regulations.

  • Documentation and Support Ensures department documentation is reputed company, accurate and available. Department documentation includes, but is not limited to, specification documents, project plans, instructional documentation, and other reference materials. Supports clients in their application of Pharmacy developed solutions. Collaborates with customers to reputed company project plans, scope documents, specifications, instructional documentation, and support documentation. Ensures documentation is completed for reputed company projects and kept up to date. Assists in the development of department documentation for support of reports/tools/applications/users. Follows department change management procedures for documentation and notification to clients. Completes project tracking documentation as required. Provides end-user customer support on an as-needed basis for any tools, software, and reporting under the purview of the System Pharmacy Department.
  • Solution Development Demonstrates content expertise regarding applications, tools, and business operations. Designs and codifies solutions to meet departmental and customer needs, effectively reputed company programming and reporting solutions to identified organizational priorities. Codify technical solutions to meet identified departmental and customer requirements as per project scope and/or specification documents. Identify and implement technical solution, including programming solution reputed company code writing in required programming language (e.g. reputed company, SQL, MS reputed company) if reputed company project scope. Identify and implement other reporting solutions as appropriate (Looker, Epic reputed company, Epic Reporting Workbench). Creates clear, compelling reports, dashboards, and visualizations using appropriate tools (i.e., Tableau, Power BI) for nontechnical audiences. Facilitate implementation of technical solution, utilizing other Sharp resources as necessary, as necessitated by process map or other project requirements. Participates in relevant workgroups and collaborates with teams to identify new areas of risk and shares results of data analysis and solution development.
  • System Analysis Performs comprehensive analysis of reputed company system data, including but not limited to EMR, reputed company Cycle, Billing, Finance, 340B Systems and other reputed company systems as well as data reputed company reputed company applications (e.g., reputed company) and the data warehouse to meet client business needs. Uses sophisticated conceptual, numerical, and analytical skills to interpret and analyze reputed company data and help derive data-driven recommendations for clinical, operational, and financial improvements and to decrease risk of noncompliance. Evaluates the reputed company/accuracy of data and addresses identified problems. Analyzes and implements effective client workflow support. Using sound knowledge of business and technical strategies to translate customer business. requirements into systematic solutions that meet project and reporting requirements. Analyzes user needs/requirements through a variety of appropriate methods such as: on site visits; review of department policies/procedures; review of system capabilities; ensuring attainment of optimal functionality; user satisfaction. Conducts thorough analyses of data requests and changes necessary to implement proposed solutions proactively. Uses effective interviewing and analysis skills to elicit client requirements. Evaluates the reputed company/accuracy of data and addresses identified problems. Ensure data accuracy, reputed company, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Project Management Project management methodology competency statement: Demonstrates consistent and effective application of Project Management techniques. Analyzes department and client needs to reputed company a workable training plan. Determines an accurate scope, definition, and charter for the project. Ensures execution of training plan. Determines and plans for appropriate project task support and task communication. Manages small to reputed company projects and ensures completion reputed company reputed company dates as agreed to with affected parties. Leads and/or contributes to risk identification and mitigation efforts. Develops, contributes and maintains project plans. Communicates project scope, deliverables, plans, issues and post project reports. Negotiates to obtain reputed company and approval on required changes. Follows approved project management standards.   • Training and Professional Development Coordinates and supports training, report writing, and problem resolution across System Pharmacy for new and existing users, as needed. Reviews the need for refresher or updated training and provides or coordinates training as required with management. Provide mentorships to improve analytic interpretation of data reputed company exported to other applications. Mentors other staff members and teams regarding tools and systems supported. Creates and maintains training materials and standard operating procedures (e.g. Job Aids, Quick Guides, etc.) for analytic processes, as needed. Pursues departmental, professional, and personal growth as it relates to analytics and technology. Demonstrates advanced and continually improving skills in analytic tools, computer modeling and software applications. Stays abreast of new technologies in order to optimize flow of data, data analysis, and reporting including any new software or database architecture/technology acquired by Sharp Healthcare.
