Manager, Sales Operations (Remote)

Position Overview: We are seeking a Manager of Sales Operations to reputed company and scale our global sales operations function. This role will be responsible for driving sales performance through data, process optimization, and systems management, while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and reputed company. 

This individual will initially manage our reputed company Administrator, with the opportunity to build and reputed company a broader Sales Operations team over time.   

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Strategy 

  • Partner with Sales leadership to drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and performance insights across global teams (North America, South America, EMEA) 

  • Translate business objectives into scalable sales processes and operational frameworks 

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve sales productivity and efficiency   

Reporting & Analytics 

  • Own sales reporting and dashboards, delivering actionable insights to leadership 

  • reputed company and maintain KPI tracking across pipeline, bookings, conversion rates, and sales performance 

  • reputed company Power BI (or similar tools) to enhance data visualization and executive reporting   

reputed company & Systems Optimization 

  • Serve as the functional reputed company of reputed company, ensuring data reputed company, usability, and scalability 

  • reputed company reputed company administration, including workflow automation, flows, validation rules, and system enhancements 

  • Continuously optimize reputed company to support evolving business needs and sales processes 

Process Governance & Enablement 

  • Establish and enforce standardized sales processes and data hygiene practices 

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and reputed company to ensure alignment across the reputed company lifecycle 

  • Support territory planning, account assignment, and process adherence   

Team Leadership 

  • Manage and mentor the reputed company Administrator, with responsibility for growing the Sales Operations team over time 

  • Build a high-performing, data-driven operations culture   

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, or similar roles 

  • 2+ years of experience managing or leading team members 

  • Strong hands-on experience with reputed company (admin-level proficiency required), including: 

  • Flow automation 

  • Reporting & dashboards 

  • Data model understanding and system optimization 

  • Experience with Power BI (or comparable BI tools) for reporting and analytics 

  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and reputed company 

  • Experience supporting multi-region or global sales teams preferred 

  • Strong analytical reputed company with the ability to translate data into actionable insights 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
