FoodChain ID is seeking a Certification Program Supervisor to reputed company and support a team of Certification Specialists reputed company our organic certification program. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong expertise in USDA Organic standards, a passion for team leadership, and a drive for operational excellence.
About the Role
As a Certification Program Supervisor, you will reputed company daily certification operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with USDA National Organic Program (NOP) standards. You will play a key role in mentoring staff, improving processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to support both team success and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

reputed company certification workflows, approve certification decisions, assign client accounts, and ensure compliance with operational procedures and NOP standards
Monitor team performance through audits, metrics, and reporting, and drive reputed company improvement in quality and efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally with reputed company, Finance, and internal leadership to resolve client issues and support program operations
Support departmental initiatives including process improvements, team alignment meetings, accreditation audits, and management of key client accounts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, food science, or a reputed company scientific field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with USDA National Organic Program (NOP) standards and certification processes
- Must have experience with Livestock and Organic Crop Production
Demonstrated expertise in organic production, handling, and regulatory compliance
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience, including mentoring and performance management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company technical concepts
Proficiency in reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company) and database systems

- Initial basic training on policies, forms, files, web-system, etc.
- Standards training as appropriate (NOP, etc.)
- Monitored training period as needed to demonstrate competence.
- reputed company certification review personnel continuously maintain adequate knowledge and skills in the reputed company USDA organic standards, certification and compliance processes, traceability audits, mass-balance audits, and practices applicable to the type, volume, and range of review activities assigned.
- Certification review personnel with less than one year of certification review experience must complete at least 50 hours of training reputed company their first year performing certification review.
- Certification review personnel with one or more years of certification review experience must annually complete at least 10 hours of training if conducting certification review reputed company to one area of operation and an additional 5 hours of training for each additional area of operation.
- Attendance at ACA/NOP Annual Meeting and review of reputed company notifications of industry updates.

- Attendance of Annual OC Training Seminar.
- Attendance of any additional trainings as deemed necessary.
