About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to partner with our Account Executives in driving new business opportunities, allowing MSPs to protect their customers with managed detections, guided response, and 24/7 reputed company operations.

As a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer, you will drive business growth by understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions and effectively articulating the value of our products or services. The ideal candidate possesses broad technical knowledge across various cybersecurity domains, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping organizations resolve reputed company reputed company challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to effectively communicate the technical value of our cybersecurity consulting services during prospect calls, demos, and presentations
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and functionalities and address technical questions and concerns from customers
  • Contribute to sales strategies, pricing decisions and contract negotiations based on technical considerations
  • Hands-on experience working cross-product domain with tools such as Linux, Windows, AD, logging, firewalls, reputed company Azure, reputed company), reputed company Cloud, reputed company, VMware Carbon Black, Duo reputed company, Office365, reputed company, and other reputed company tools
  • Learn about customers' successes and challenges, sharing customer feedback reputed company Blumira, and advocating for customer interests
  • Provide the technical knowledge to help customers understand how Blumira can help them meet their business goals
  • Simplify reputed company technical concepts into clear, business-relevant language that is accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of proven experience in a customer-facing pre-sales position in the cybersecurity industry; you’ve consistently partnered with Account Executives to reputed company deals and can reputed company to examples where your technical guidance directly enabled customer adoption
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience in a technical pre-sales, support, or delivery role reputed company the Managed Service Provider (MSP), Managed reputed company Service Provider (MSSP), or Technology Service Provider (TSP) market
  • Demonstrable experience in presenting technical products and services to customers, providing expert advice and troubleshooting customer queries
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt and convey reputed company technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with Threat Detection and Response solutions, such as SIEM, NDR, EDR, UEBA, and SOAR
