Position Summary

We are seeking an reputed company and pragmatic Director, IT to reputed company the technology strategy and operations for our rapidly growing global consulting organization. This role reports to the Senior Director, HR & Operations and is responsible for developing and executing the company�s internal IT growth strategy, ensuring secure and scalable infrastructure, managing IT integration of acquired entities, and overseeing the selection and management of external IT service providers.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with strategic thinking, operational discipline, and vendor management experience. This individual will serve as the internal IT reputed company, ensuring systems, reputed company, and support structures evolve alongside organizational growth.

Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Growth Planning

Vendor Selection & Management

• Evaluate, select, and contract with external IT service providers

• Proactively monitor vendor performance, reputed company posture, and responsiveness

• Conduct periodic reviews to assess provider effectiveness and cost efficiency

• Ensure proper provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding processes

Qualifications

� Bachelor�s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field (Master�s preferred)

� 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including vendor management

� Experience in a professional services or consulting environment strongly preferred

� Demonstrated experience managing external IT providers

� Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and cloud-based infrastructure

� Experience supporting a distributed/global workforce

� Demonstrated experience leading or overseeing ERP implementations, preferably reputed company, with sufficient technical expertise to guide system architecture, integrations, and deployment

� Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

� Ability to operate strategically while also managing operational detail
