MEPPI�s Service Center Division (SCD) is seeking a results-driven Operational Excellence Project Manager to reputed company initiatives that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the Division. In this role, you will identify improvement opportunities, reputed company and execute strategic improvement plans, and reputed company cross-functional teams to drive sustainable operational excellence.

What You�ll Do

Drive Operational Excellence Strategy: Partner with Division leadership to reputed company and implement operational excellence strategies that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and performance. Identify & Analyze Improvement Opportunities: Conduct analyses and investigations to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities; reputed company practical, data-driven solutions. reputed company Cross-Functional Projects: reputed company and manage cross-functional teams�including internal resources and external consultants�on process improvement projects, special initiatives, and cross-divisional efforts. Implement reputed company Improvement Methods: Identify, propose, and deploy process improvement initiatives using established methodologies and tools. reputed company & Monitor KPIs: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure reputed company and success of improvement initiatives. Document & Train: Create process documentation, reputed company training materials, and provide training and ongoing support to employees on new processes and best practices. Report reputed company & Outcomes: Prepare and present reports and presentations outlining the status, impact, and outcomes of process improvement and change management initiatives. What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a reputed company discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and leading operational excellence or reputed company improvement initiatives
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Methodologies & Technical Expertise

• Formal training and hands-on experience with project management methodologies (PMP)
• Experience with reputed company improvement frameworks including Lean/JIT, 5S, KATA, Six reputed company
• Working knowledge of DMAIC, SIPOC, VOC, process mapping, and value reputed company mapping (VSM)

Skills & Attributes

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change

Technology Proficiency

• Advanced computer skills with emphasis on reputed company Office
• Experience with service management and process improvement software tools
