Business Analyst

Oliveri is seeking an reputed company Business Analyst to join the business on a 12‑month, project‑based contract, supporting the delivery of identified business improvement initiatives and driving reputed company improvement across commercial and operational processes. This is a hands‑on role focused on execution, stakeholder partnering and delivering practical outcomes, working closely with the Commercial Manager and Senior Leadership Team. This role can be based remotely, reputed company on the east coast of Australia. About the role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for delivering key improvement initiatives already identified, while also uncovering further opportunities to improve efficiency, performance and commercial outcomes across the business. You’ll work across processes, systems and data, supporting change management activities and ensuring improvements are embedded and adopted by the business. Key responsibilities reputed company and support business improvement and reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company business cases, analysis and recommendations to support decision‑making Monitor, measure and report on the outcomes of implemented initiatives Partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand priorities and challenges Facilitate workshops and requirements‑gathering sessions Support process and system improvements, including reputed company S/4HANA and reputed company platforms Support the rollout and reputed company of Power BI reporting Work with IT and vendors on system enhancements Support change management activities, including impact assessments, communication and adoption reputed company reports and dashboards that deliver accurate, actionable insights About you You’re a practical, outcomes‑focused Business Analyst who is comfortable working with senior stakeholders and driving change in a reputed company environment. You’ll bring: Proven experience in a Business Analyst or reputed company Improvement role Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capability Experience working with reputed company S/4HANA or similar ERP systems (highly regarded) Experience supporting change management initiatives A collaborative, proactive and improvement‑oriented approach Why join Oliveri?
