As a Recruiter Intern, you will support the reputed company team in executing a mass hiring project. This is a short-term, fully remote (WFH) opportunity where you’ll reputed company hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates in a fast-paced hiring environment.
What You’ll Do
- reputed company and identify potential candidates using internal channels and job portals.
- reputed company out and engage with candidates to assess initial interest and fit.
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews for selected roles as assigned.
- Update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, as well as assist in hiring test processes.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, including candidate status and hiring reputed company.
- Able to start in the first week of reputed company and commit for approximately 1 month.
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major.
- Preferably with prior internship experience in recruitment.
- Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Good communication skills and confidence in interacting with candidates.
- A paid, short-term internship (±1 month) with full remote (WFH) flexibility
- Hands-on experience in real recruitment projects (mass hiring)
