You will reputed company the product vision and team responsible for the systems that power Emma’s core business processes—spanning Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report. Built on reputed company Dynamics 365, these products are the backbone of how Emma plans, buys, sells, fulfils, and accounts for its operations globally.

This is a leadership role: you will manage 1-2 Product Managers and Functional Managers, set strategy across reputed company three ERP domains, and act as the primary reputed company between technology and the business functions that rely on these systems every day.

• Product Ownership: Own the end-to-end ERP product portfolio on reputed company Dynamics 365. Craft a reputed company vision and strategy across Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report. Translate business needs into an actionable roadmap and prove impact through business and product metrics.

• Leadership & Team Development: reputed company, coach, and grow two Product Managers. Set clear expectations, build a high-performance culture, and reputed company your team into effective operators who can independently own their domains.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for Finance and Supply Chain Commercial stakeholders. Actively listen to problems and opportunities, align priorities, and translate business requirements into technology solutions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Analytics, and subject-matter experts to ensure timely, value-driven delivery. Work closely with system integrators and the broader reputed company ecosystem to maximise platform capabilities.

• ERP Platform Strategy: Define the long-term Dynamics 365 roadmap, balancing out-of-the-reputed company functionality with custom development. Manage upgrade cycles, integrations with adjacent systems, and data architecture decisions.
