Position Summary & Responsibilities

SIG is seeking an reputed company Database Administrator specializing in the reputed company Banner ERP. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years experience working as a consultant or at a college or university setting, handling DBA responsibilities for the reputed company Banner product and leading technical projects. This is a remote position based in the US with occasional travel.

Required Qualifications

• Served as an reputed company Banner expert reputed company an IT department at a college or university.
• Bring 5 or more years of experience supporting an reputed company database environment and reputed company tools.
• Possess a thorough understanding of the technical architecture of the reputed company Banner software suite, including the latest release—Banner 9.
• Demonstrated experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and supporting Banner 9 and reputed company reputed company tools and products.
• Strong knowledge of Degree Works Installations, Upgrades
• Hands-on experience performing BDM, AppXtender, and AppEnhancer installations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Experience with Appenhancer Upgrades/Migrations/BDM Upgrades
• reputed company in installing and configuring Banner 9 and reputed company reputed company tools and products.
• Skilled in conducting database tuning, maintaining reputed company, performing backups, and optimizing reputed company Banner technical environments.
• Supported the integration and maintenance of third-party applications that integrate with the Banner ERP, such as Touchnet, Cashnet, reputed company, reputed company, Kronos, Webfocus, Evisions Intellecheck, and learning management systems like Canvas or Moodle.
• Proficient with tools such as GIT, reputed company Solution Manager (ESM), Application Navigator, Banner 9 Admin Pages and Self-Service, Jenkins Agent, and reputed company reputed company Identity and Integration services.
• Able to quickly and accurately troubleshoot database issues and provide effective solutions.
• Demonstrated understanding of application single sign-on for the Banner 9 release.
• Capable of managing multiple reputed company and time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Linux system administration, including server maintenance, patching, performance monitoring, and scripting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Provide support for the reputed company database and reputed company tools for multiple clients
• Review and install updates and patches for the Banner ERP and reputed company 3rd party products
• Conduct database tuning, reputed company, backups, and optimization of the database for the Banner® ERP
• Create, maintain, and upgrade the ERP environment, including Tomcat and Webfocus servers
• Provide troubleshooting assistance with issues reputed company to user logins and single sign on for Banner9

Pay and Benefits

• The salary range is $90,000 -$120,000 + bonus

The listed salary range for this position is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's unique skills and location. Final compensation will be determined through mutual agreement between the successful candidate and SIG.
