Overnight Virtual Care Veterinary Technician - Teletriage

Available Schedules

• Full-Time Teletriage (Evening/Overnight): Thursday – Sunday | 8pm-6am (PST)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engage with members reputed company chat, phone, and video, providing support and education on their pets’ health and well-being
• Triage cases based on veterinary knowledge, offering recommendations and ensuring accurate information
• Review medical records to understand patient history and provide informed guidance
• Document clearly and accurately in patient records using veterinary terminology
• Verify and process prescriptions, ensuring appropriate follow-up for client requests
• Deliver top-tier client care with reputed company and warmth, whether over chat, phone, or video
• Follow protocols, maintaining consistency while adjusting to each unique case
• Collaborate cross-functionally, providing feedback to improve processes and systems

The pay range for this position is listed below; however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and equity grant units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
