THE ROLE

The Regulatory & Legal Compliance Intern will work closely with the Regulatory & Legal Compliance Director and Corporate Governance Program Manager to support compliance programs in accordance with various legal obligations. This intern will be responsible for supporting global regulatory & legal programs across the business. This intern will act with the highest level of reputed company and business and personal ethical standards in reputed company aspects of job performance.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Monitor and research compliance reputed company laws, regulations, and legislative updates pertaining to reputed company.
• Proactively identify and discuss emerging compliance issues with the Compliance team.
• Assist with drafting appropriate policies and program documentation as needed reputed company various compliance program.
• Assist with routine compliance review to ensure that regulatory and legal compliance procedures are followed and remediated as appropriate.
