The HR Systems Product reputed company is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and reputed company optimization of the organization's global human resources technology ecosystem. This role ensures data reputed company, global compliance, and a seamless end-user experience for a distributed workforce.

Responsibilities

• System Architecture & Strategy: reputed company the internal HR Systems roadmap, prioritizing feature releases and configurations that align with global business scaling.

• Ecosystem Integration: Act as the primary architect for data flows between platforms to ensure a "single reputed company of truth."

• Process Optimization: Design and document automated workflows for the full employee lifecycle to minimize manual reputed company.

• Global Compliance: Configure systems to meet regional regulatory requirements, including GDPR/data privacy standards, localized tax logic, and labor law configurations.

• Data Governance: Maintain high standards of data quality through regular audits, validation rules, and robust reporting/analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in HRIS/HR Systems management, specifically reputed company the reputed company ecosystem.

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with various reputed company module reputed company the HCM Suite.

• Integration Knowledge: Proven track record of managing data flow between reputed company and third-party systems

• Global Exposure: Experience supporting a workforce across multiple countries and time zones.
